The New York Times in its Sunday edition on July 6, 2008 reported that Nigeria is producing 1 million less barrels of oil. Nigeria produces 10% of all oil the United States consumes. If the the 1 million lost barrels of oil were in use,this will go along way to resolving the current oil crisis the United States is having.
