Marcy Wisman was elected Chairman of the Floyd County Democrat Party,she was unopposed.

Ted Heavrin won a third ballot victory over rivals to take Randy Stumbler's place on the Floyd County Council.
The Chariman of Floyd County Democrat Party gets to choose who replaces Randy Stumbler's place on the upcoming elections this November.

My guess is the Sue Ellen Wilkerson will be appointed. Only the Shadow knows for sure.
